About the Event
The PTO Flower Sale is happening! Support a local small business and keep your social distance by staying out of the stores this month. Here’s how to order your beautiful, long-lasting flowers:
- Print and fill out this Flower Sale Order Form. Unable to print from home? Copies will be available for pick up from the plastic tub outside the main office doors at AGS.
- Mail or drop off your completed form and payment (cash - drop off only - or check made payable to AGS PTO) to Jen DiNicola. If you choose to drop off, there will be a plastic tub by the mailbox for you to place your form and payment. An email was sent to all families from the AGS PTO with Jen's address and contact information. Please check there or use our school's online directory, A to Z Connect, to look up her information. Not receiving emails from AGS PTO? Contact Karyn at email@example.com.
- ALL ORDERS DUE APRIL 16! If mailing, please make sure your form will reach Jen BEFORE this date - thanks!!

We’re aiming for a delivery date of May 8 to AGS. Pick up location (walker doors or diamond lane with 6ft spacing) will be determined at a later date, depending on if school is in session.
